Aldaron Laird
As an environmental planner, Aldaron Laird focused on the enhancement/restoration of north coast waters and their vulnerability to sea level rise.
As an avid kayaker and hiker over the last 20 years, he has explored and photographed Humboldt coastal waters at least a couple times a month.
He recently published his first book, A Photographic Exploration of Wigi (currently called Humboldt Bay), and he is presently working with the University Press on a companion book, A Photographic Exploration of Yurok Coastal Waters.
